Cancellation Policy
1. Service Overview For a one-time fee of $200, interviewees receive: ✔️ A professionally conducted and edited video interview. ✔️ Strategic video promotion via targeted YouTube advertising. ✔️ A custom lifetime QR code linking to their website or business. ✔️ Feature placement on The Backyard Horse Enthusiast website and social media platforms. 2. Payment Policy Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your interview slot. All transactions are final, and payments are non-refundable, except under special circumstances (see "Cancellations & Refunds"). 3. Scheduling & Rescheduling Interviewees must schedule their interview at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling Requests: You may reschedule your interview once with at least 48 hours’ notice at no additional charge. Late Rescheduling (less than 48 hours' notice) may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee to compensate for lost booking time. 4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations by Interviewee: If canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled interview, a 50% refund ($100) will be issued. If canceled less than 7 days before, no refund will be provided. Cancellations by The Backyard Horse Enthusiast: If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative interview date at no additional cost. 5. Technical Issues & No-Shows If technical issues arise on our end, we will reschedule the interview at no charge. If the interviewee experiences technical difficulties, we will attempt to reschedule, but repeat issues may result in cancellation without refund. No-Shows: If the interviewee fails to attend their scheduled interview without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided. 6. Content Usage & Promotion By participating in an interview, the interviewee grants The Backyard Horse Enthusiast the right to use, distribute, and promote the video across its platforms, including YouTube, website, and social media. Interviewees may purchase additional promotional services if they wish to extend their reach. We reserve the right to decline or edit content that does not align with our brand values or community standards. 7. Confidentiality & Professionalism Interviewees agree to conduct themselves professionally and respect all parties involved in the production process.
